目的本文通过探讨血浆灭活技术[1]在实践中的应用和操作,改进出一种相对安全系数增高的方法。方法采用血浆病毒灭活转移袋穿刺辅助设备进行穿刺的方法,利用辅助设备代替了纯手工穿刺,改进为单手穿刺,防止了制备人员在血浆病毒灭活耗材穿刺连接环节的穿刺伤引起的职业暴露。结果杜绝了操作人员穿刺环节带来的安全隐患,同时提高了穿刺的精度,减少了因穿漏而导致血浆溢出报废并污染环境的情况发生的机率。结论利于血站和个人,不失为一种可以采用的安全方法。
Objective In this paper, by exploring the application of plasma inactivation technology [1] in practice and operation, to improve a method of increasing the relative safety factor.
