随着经济体制改革不断深入,民营经济已成为国民经济的重要组成部分,少数卓越的民营企业发展为民营企业集团,成长期的民营企业集团面临着种种矛盾和挑战。本文以浙江成长期民营企业集团为例,针对企业在发展壮大中存在的一些问题,从战略管理角度对其进行分析,提出有效解决这些问题的途。
With the continuous deepening of the reform of the economic system, the private economy has become an important part of the national economy, and a small number of outstanding private enterprises have developed into private enterprise groups, and the long-term private enterprise groups are facing various contradictions and challenges. This paper takes the Zhejiang private-run private enterprise group as an example, analyzes some problems in the development and expansion of the company, analyzes it from the perspective of strategic management, and proposes ways to effectively solve these problems.
