内框架房屋具有内部空间大、造价低、施工简单等特点,是一种常用的结构形式,但抗震性能较差。为了提高它的抗震能力,以适应地震区建房的需要,采取了全面治理的抗震防灾对策。从震害调查入手,探索破坏机理,归纳震害规律,找出结构薄弱环节。并进一步通过构件实验和工程动力特性实测,视房屋为两维的弹性楼盖空间结构,采取“串并联多质点系”作为计算简图,进行结构地震反应分析。计算中还考虑了高阶空间振型的影响,以及抗震墙刚度退化引起的框架内力增值。从而给出合理的计算方法和相应的抗震构造措施。
The inner frame house has the characteristics of large interior space, low construction cost, simple construction, etc. It is a common structural form, but its seismic performance is poor. In order to improve its anti-seismic capacity, to meet the needs of housing construction in the earthquake area, a comprehensive approach to earthquake prevention and disaster prevention measures was adopted. Starting from the earthquake damage investigation, we will explore the mechanism of damage, sum up the law of earthquake damage, and identify structural weaknesses. And further through the component experiments and engineering dynamic characteristics of the actual measurement, depending on the housing for the two-dimensional elastic floor space structure, take “series and parallel multi-particle system” as the calculation diagram, structural analysis of the seismic response. The calculation also considers the effects of higher-order spatial modes and the increase in the internal force of the frame caused by the stiffness degradation of the seismic wall. Thus gives a reasonable calculation method and the corresponding measures of seismic structure.
