为认真贯彻落实党的十六大精神,按照省第八次党代会和省委八届二次全会关于旅游业要率先实现跨越式发展的要求,紧紧抓住未来5到10年旅游发展重要的战略机遇期,充分发挥我省旅游资源优势,打造旅游精品,促进旅游业在现有基础上更快更好地发展,尽快实现旅游资源大省向旅游经济强省转变,特提出如下实施意见。
