针对宽带钢热连轧机工作辊严重的“猫耳朵”磨损和局部低点磨损的现象,分析了局部不均匀磨损的特点、形成原因以及对板形的影响。通过1800mm热连轧机不同窜辊方式对不均匀磨损的作用分析,提出了适合热连轧机的窜辊方式,经过现场应用证明,该窜辊方式可以减小局部磨损,改善带钢板形质量。
In view of the serious “cat ears” wear and local low point wear of the work roll of the hot strip mill, the characteristics of local uneven wear, the formation reason and the influence on the plate shape were analyzed. Through the analysis of the effect of different channeling ways on uneven wear of 1800mm hot strip mill, the paper puts forward a channeling method suitable for hot strip mill. After field application, the channeling method can reduce local wear and improve the quality of strip shape.
