关联分析是灰色理论中的一种分析方法,这种方法的基本思想是根据曲线(数列)间的相似程度来判断关联程度。应用关联分析的这一原理,通过各种性状对单株产量的关联系数ε_i(k)及关联度r_i研究影响产量的主要性状的影响程度。结果表明,甘薯的主要性状与单株薯块产量之间的关联度依次为上薯重>单薯重>上薯数>蔓粗>分枝数>结薯数>藤叶重>蔓长,为甘薯高产育种提供了重要的理论依据。
Correlation analysis is a kind of analysis method in gray theory. The basic idea of this method is to judge the degree of correlation according to the similarity between curves (series). Applying this principle of association analysis, the influence degree of major traits influencing yield was studied through the correlation coefficient ε_i (k) and the correlation degree r_i of the yield per plant. The results showed that the correlations between the main characters of sweet potato and the yield of single potato tuber were as follows: potato weight> single potato weight> top potato number> vine size> branching number> tuber number> It provided an important theoretical basis for high-yield breeding of sweet potato.
