英语专业师范生的教育实习对提高毕业生的质量、促进就业、缩短入职周期非常重要。由于课程设置不够合理、教育实习流于形式,民族地区英语专业学生在英语课堂教学中存在许多问题。表现为语言基本功不扎实、课堂组织管理能力不强、缺乏科学现代的教学方法理论、教师职业技能不强、和缺乏教学反思等问题。教学实践表明有优化课程设置、提高教育实习质量、加强语言知识和技能训练才是解决这些问题的有效途径,以此完善并探索出适合于民族地区英语师范生的培养模式。
The education practice of English majors is very important to improve the quality of graduates, promote employment and shorten the induction period. Due to the unreasonable curriculums and educational practice, there are many problems in English classroom teaching for ethnic English majors. The performance of the basic skills of language is not solid, classroom management ability is not strong, the lack of scientific and modern teaching methods theory, teachers’ professional skills are not strong, and the lack of teaching reflection and other issues. Teaching practice shows that it is an effective way to solve these problems by optimizing curriculum, improving the quality of educational practice and strengthening language knowledge and skills training so as to perfect and explore a suitable training model for English majors in minority areas.
