目的建立了一种快速、简便测定土大黄苷含量的流动注射化学发光新方法。方法在硫酸酸性介质条件下,高锰酸钾可直接氧化土大黄苷产生较强的化学发光,基于此建立了测定土大黄苷的新方法。结果在优化的条件下,测定土大黄苷的线性范围为1.0×10-8~1.0×10-6g·mL-1,检测限为0.2μg·L-1,对1.0×10-7g·mL-1的土大黄苷连续进行11次平行测定得到的相对标准偏差是1.4%。结论此方法灵敏度高,检测限低,快速准确。
Objective To establish a new flow injection chemiluminescence method for the rapid and simple determination of the content of Rhubarin. Methods Potassium permanganate can directly oxidize terbinaside to generate strong chemiluminescence under acidic conditions of sulfuric acid. Based on this, a new method for the determination of terbinin was established. Results Under optimized conditions, the linear range of the determination of terbinin was 1.0×10-8~1.0×10-6g·mL-1, the detection limit was 0.2μg·L-1, and the response was 1.0×10-7g·mL- The relative standard deviation obtained from 11 consecutive determinations of troponin was 1.4%. Conclusion This method has high sensitivity, low detection limit, and rapid and accurate.
