目的探讨PBL教学法在中高职护理专业护理药物学课程教学中的实施及其效果,探索适合不同学历层次学生的教学方法。方法以我校2013级高职护理班和中职护理班为研究对象,通过学生网上评教、自我能力评价和期末考核对教学效果进行比较。结果 PBL教学法在高职护理班的教学效果明显优于中职班(P<0.01)。结论在实施PBL教学过程中要充分考虑学生层次、学习习惯、自主学习能力等,应针对不同层次学生采用适合的教学方法。
Objective To explore the implementation and effect of PBL teaching method in nursing pharmacology teaching in secondary and senior vocational nursing schools and to explore teaching methods suitable for students with different academic qualifications. Methods Taking 2013 Grade of Higher Vocational Nursing and Secondary Nursing as our research object, the author compares the teaching effectiveness through online assessment of students, self-evaluation and final exam. Results The teaching effect of PBL teaching method in vocational nursing classes was obviously better than that of secondary vocational schools (P <0.01). Conclusion In the process of implementing PBL teaching, we should fully consider the students’ level, study habits, self-learning ability and so on. Appropriate teaching methods should be adopted for different levels of students.
