我国的高等教育正由精英教育向大众化教育转化,独立学院则在这一特殊时期应运而生,所以探究适合独立学院的教学模式势在必行。独立学院的英语教师培养学生的英语自主学习能力的途径:激发学生自主学习的动机;教会学生自己学习的方法和策略;营造自主学习的氛围。
China’s higher education is being transformed from elite education to popular education, while independent colleges emerge at this special time. Therefore, it is imperative to explore the teaching mode suitable for independent colleges. Independent English teachers in colleges and universities to cultivate students ’self-learning ability of English: to stimulate students’ motivation to learn independently; to teach students to learn their own methods and strategies; to create a self-learning atmosphere.
