目的:观察复方卡托普利联合尼群地平治疗社区老年高血压的临床效果,探讨其安全性。方法:选取2010年6月～2011年8月于我院就诊的社区轻、中度高血压患者(90mmHg≦舒张压≦110mmHg;145mmHg≦收缩压≦mmHg)92例,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组46例。对照组单用尼群地平20mg,3次/d,观察组服用复方卡托普利片1片,3次/d,联合尼群地平20mg,3次/d,,服药4周后,观察并对比两组患者的用药效果。结果:观察组患者的血压下降程度明显优于对照组,两组临床用药效果比较差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方卡托普利联合尼群地平治疗社区老年高血压,疗效显著,患者血压可稳定在正常水平,且不良反应少,适于临床推广和应用。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of compound captopril combined with nitrendipine in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension in community and explore its safety. Methods: A total of 92 patients with mild to moderate hypertension (90 mmHg≤DT 110 mmHg; 145 mmHg≤Shypertension≤mmHg) in our hospital from June 2010 to August 2011 were randomly divided into control group And observation group, 46 cases in each group. The control group was treated with nitrendipine 20 mg three times a day for one week. The observation group took 1 tablet of captopril daily, 3 times daily, and nitrendipine 20 mg 3 times daily for 4 weeks. Comparison of two groups of patients medication effect. Results: The decrease of blood pressure in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups in clinical efficacy (P <0.05). Conclusion: Captopril in combination with nitrendipine in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension in community has significant curative effect. The blood pressure can be stabilized at normal level with few side effects and is suitable for clinical promotion and application.
