葫芦岛锌厂坚持以向设备管理要效益为中心,加强设备评等升级为重点的设备维护管理工作,为工厂全面完成1999年的生产任务提供可靠的保证,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。设备完好率完成98.2％,比上年提高1个百分点;甲级维护率98.5％,比上年提高1.2个百分点;设备红旗率59％,比上年提高1.5个百分点;延长蒸馏炉炉日700天,精馏塔652天,稳定了生产,提高了经济效益。
