对20CrMnTi钢风电齿轮轴热轧坯的热加工工艺进行了试验。通过工艺改进,增加预先热处理工艺消除了热轧坯中的带状组织,再将其锻造成风电齿轮轴的毛坯进行正火和回火,得到需要的正常组织。
The hot working process of 20CrMnTi steel wind gear hot rolling billet was tested. Through the process improvement, the pre-heat treatment process is added to eliminate the strip-like structure in the hot-rolled blank, and then forged into the blank of the wind-driven gear shaft for normalizing and tempering to obtain the required normal structure.
