男,58岁,住院号3117。因尿频尿急尿痛4个月,先后经县人民医院等三家医院放射科腹部平片检查,都报告为“膀胱结石”。于1988年4月26日以“膀胱结石并感染”收住我院。X光报告:耻骨联合上方可见一圆形致密阴影,边缘较光整,面积为1×1cm~2。4月28日手术证实膀胱内无结石、憩室,仅见膀胱粘膜充血,水肿,以三角区为重。双侧输尿管下段插管检查,无结石阻挡。术后第9天静脉肾盂造影报告(X光号:49319):
