随着经济社会的发展与全面改革的不断深入,人员流动更加频繁,流动就业广泛存在,流动人员人事档案管理工作也出现了许多新问题,迎来诸多新挑战。如何加强流动人员人事档案管理,更好为流动人员提供便捷优质服务,已成为人事档案工作当前需要研究的重要内容之一,也是人力资源和社会保障部门适应新形势下市场经济发展需要,促进人才合理流动和配置的一项重要职责。笔者结合自身多年在档案管理部门的工作经历和体会,对这一问题进行一些初步探索。
