以E304拖拉机前驱动轴的感应淬火为例,介绍了大变径轴类零件感应淬火的新工艺控制技术,解决了原工艺生产中零件淬硬层不连续的技术难题。其方法可以应用到同类大变径轴类零件的感应淬火工艺中。
Taking the induction hardening of the front drive shaft of E304 tractor as an example, the new technology of induction hardening for large diameter shaft is introduced, which solves the technical problems of the discontinuous hardened layer in the original production process. The method can be applied to similar large diameter shaft induction hardening process.
