自动安平激光平面仪是七十年代中期出现的新型仪器。我所在研制人工安平激光平面仪及重力自动安平激光铅直仪基础上,一九七七年与北京工业学院、北京大学共同研制了ZPJP-77型自动安平激光平面仪,一九七八年与华北光学仪器厂联合改型设计了78型自动安平激光平面仪,并由工厂试产三十台。 78型自动安平激光平面仪是一种多功能的建筑施工用的激光测量仪器。它可以自动获得铅直光束、水平光束和激光水平面,适于在施工机械震动干扰的条件下工作。此外,自动安平的功能为在提升中的滑模平台及网形屋架实现水准自动测量及升差同步控制提供了可靠的基准。我们在施工单位的密切配合下,进行了一系列工程试验,在仪器的应用研究方方面取得一些成果。本文将介绍仪器的结构、原理及其应用。
The Automatic Anping Laser Plane is a new instrument that appeared in the mid-1970s. Based on the research and development of the artificial anping laser plane instrument and the automatic gravity laser vertical plumbometer, in 1977, the ZPJP-77 automatic anping laser plane was jointly developed with the Beijing Institute of Technology and Peking University. North China Optical Instrument Factory jointly modified the Model 78 automatic Anping laser plane instrument, and the factory trial production of 30 units. The Model 78 Automatic Anping Laser Plane Meter is a versatile laser measurement instrument for building construction. It can automatically obtain the vertical beam, horizontal beam and laser level, which is suitable for working under the conditions of construction machinery vibration. In addition, the auto-leveling function provides a reliable benchmark for realizing automatic leveling and synchronous lift-up control in the lifting of the sliding mode platform and the net-shaped truss. We have conducted a series of engineering tests under the close cooperation of the construction unit and achieved some results in the application of the instrument. This article will introduce the structure, principle and application of the instrument.
