统计数据质量是统计工作的生命,提高统计数据质量是统计工作的中心任务和根本职责,是统计事业改革和建设的出发点和归宿点,也是新时期对统计工作的基本要求。我国加入GDDS(国际货币基金组织数据公布通用系统)和WTO,经济逐步与世界接轨的今天,统计信息对经济社会发展的作用日益显现,社会各界对统计信息的需求量越来越大,对统计信息的要求也越来越高,而统计数据质量直接影响着正确的宏观决策和经济发展秩序。因此,如何保证源头数据质量,在经济社会飞速发展时代,是社会各界议论统计工作的中心话
The quality of statistical data is the life of statistical work. Improving the quality of statistical data is the central task and basic responsibility of statistical work. It is the starting point and the final destination for the reform and construction of statistical services. It is also the basic requirement for statistical work in the new era. As China joins the GDDS (Universal System for Data Dissemination of International Monetary Fund) and the WTO, as the economy gradually becomes more and more in line with the rest of the world, the role of statistical information in economic and social development is increasingly apparent. The demand for statistical information in various sectors of the society is growing. Information requirements are also getting higher and higher, and the quality of statistics directly affects the correct macroeconomic policy-making and economic development. Therefore, how to ensure the quality of source data at the era of rapid economic and social development is the centerpiece of discussion on statistics in various sectors of the society
