城郊公路站位于宁夏固原县,城南两公里的城乡结合处,是东西、南北交叉路口,养护着南北走向的12公里省道101线及东西走向的国道309线8公里三级山路。养护机械只有小四轮拖拉机一台。14名女职工平均年龄36岁,最大的45岁。该站1996年成立女子公路站时,列上年度全段22个公路站的21名。因为309线属严重超期服役路段,这里地质条件复杂易发生山体滑坡、路面沉陷、水毁严重。而101线虽是二级公路,但由于各种客观原因,路基不稳定,路面各种病害不断,布满了补疤,大家
