随着医疗卫生体制改革的不断深入和医疗市场竞争的不断加剧,公立医院正面临着医疗价格改革、医保合疗支付制度改革和内部提高综合管理水平、规范医疗行为、提升服务质量等一系列要求,公立医院成本管控已是当务之急,本文阐述了目前公立医院成本管控的必要性和存在的问题,并对成本管控的改进措施做了探讨,希望能提高公立医院的成本管控水平。
