目前,国内外沥青混凝土拌和机有两种结构型式,一种是传统式,其特点是砂石料烘干,加热以及热沥青拌和是先后在不同的设备中进行,拌和方式是由旋转叶片进行强制式搅拌。另一种是滚筒式拌和机,其特点是具有新型的拌和工艺,即砂石料的烘干、加热及热沥青的拌和是在同一滚筒内进行的,其拌和方式是非强制式的,它依靠矿料(砂,石料)在旋转的滚筒内自行跌落,被沥青裹敷,实现搅拌。近年来,我国又出现了一种双滚筒沥青混凝土拌和机,其综合采用了传统式沥青混凝土拌和机与滚筒式混凝土拌和机的优点,烘干与搅拌分别在不同的滚筒里进行,这样既简化设备,节约能源,减少污染,又能防止沥青老化,达到搅拌均匀,整机重量轻,结构小巧,能耗低,移动方便等目的。生产率为30吨时双滚筒拌和机烘干滚筒筒体内叶片的设计及布置。
