迁西板栗迁西县位于燕山南麓、长城脚下、滦水之滨。迁西板栗是河北省传统特色农产品.至今有2000多年的栽培历史.独特的土壤和气候条件造就其绝佳的口感和风味。迁西板栗还有很高的药用价值。《本草纲目》记载“栗.厚肠胃.补肾气.令人耐饥”。栗子对腰脚软弱、胃气不足、肠鸣泄泻等有显著疗效,具有养胃、健脾、补肝、强身的作用。据记载,清代慈禧为了延年益寿经常食用栗子面窝头:《红楼婪》里的贾府常年备有栗子,花袭人连贾妃从宫里赐出的糖蒸酥酪都不理会,而说:“多谢费心。我只想风干栗子吃”。人们对栗子的喜爱可见一斑。
