介绍了采用共沉淀法制备含铝、钛、硅等元素的EK101硫化氢选择性氧化催化剂,并讨论了催化剂在各工艺条件下的性能。实验表明催化剂在常压,230~310℃,空速<2 000h-1,进口硫化氢体积分数1.2%~4.4%,氧硫比0.94~1.04,二氧化碳体积分数为65%~92%的条件下,转化率和选择性分别可达97%和98%以上,硫磺回收率可达95%以上。催化剂经500h稳定性试验后仍具有稳定的转化率和选择性。
The EK101 selective oxidation catalyst containing aluminum, titanium, silicon and other elements prepared by coprecipitation method was introduced. The performance of the catalyst under various process conditions was discussed. Experiments show that the catalyst under the conditions of atmospheric pressure, 230 ~ 310 ℃, space velocity <2000h-1, import hydrogen sulfide volume fraction of 1.2% to 4.4%, oxygen and sulfur ratio of 0.94 to 1.04, carbon dioxide volume fraction of 65% to 92% , Conversion and selectivity of up to 97% and 98%, respectively, sulfur recovery rate of up to 95%. After 500h stability test catalyst still has a stable conversion and selectivity.
