珠海市打造了一张“纵向到底、横向到边”、覆盖全市的医疗卫生信息化网络体系。为落实市政协七届四次会议《关于实行医疗单位就诊一卡通、推进医疗数据共享的提案》(TA20100156)的工作,根据2010年第149号、262号等市政府会议纪要精神、《关于珠海市区域医疗“一卡通”项目建议书的批复》(珠发改社[2011]18号)、《关于珠海市区域医疗“一卡通”项目概算的批复》(珠发改社[2013]24号),2012年启动一卡通项目建设。
