为探讨中药汉防己甲素对肾病综合征的影响 ,采用单侧肾切除加两次注射阿霉素制造肾病综合征大鼠模型 ,观察分别经汉防己甲素和络活喜治疗后肾皮质Ⅳ型胶原基因表达。结果 :两药均能使模型鼠肾皮质Ⅳ型胶原mRNA表达明显下调。提示汉防己甲素可预防和延缓肾病综合征 ,其作用与络活喜相似
To investigate the effect of tetrandrine (a Chinese medicine) on nephrotic syndrome, a nephrotic syndrome rat model was made by unilateral nephrectomy plus two injections of adriamycin. The renal cortex was observed after treatment with tetrandrine and collaterals IV. Collagen gene expression. Results: Both drugs could significantly down-regulate the expression of type IV collagen mRNA in renal cortex of model rats. Tips that tetrandrine can prevent and delay nephrotic syndrome and its effect is similar to that of Luohuoxi
