在乒乓球选项课中,对学生如果采用行之有效的方法和手段,会使学生在较短的时间内有较大的收获和进步,对培养学生兴趣和动机形成体育特长,实现终身体育的教育目标大有益处,而通过抽样调查,发现选修乒乓球选项课的学生绝大部分课后很少或根本不进行练习,远远不能达到预期的教学效果,通过进一步分析,表明导致这种情况的原因,主要有乒乓球技术水平较低、学生的选项动机、兴趣缺乏等因素,最后针对这些因素阐述了寻求解决问题的具体对策。
