用两种不同的硅油(ATPS和PTPS)改性环氧树脂E51,并研究了硅油与环氧树脂之间的化学键合以及该改性树脂的形貌结构对改性体系物理老化的影响.用应力跟踪测试仪测定等温固化和冷却过程中体系内应力的变化情况,并讨论了环氧树脂的物理老化与内应力弛豫的内在联系。
The epoxy resin E51 was modified by two different silicone oils (ATPS and PTPS). The chemical bonding between the silicone oil and the epoxy resin and the effect of the morphology of the modified resin on the physical aging of the modified system were also studied. The change of stress in the system during the isothermal curing and cooling process was measured by the stress-tracking tester. The intrinsic relationship between the physical aging of the epoxy resin and the internal stress relaxation was also discussed.
