我厂生产的移动式电源插头座系列产品中,有尺寸大小不同的波纹弹簧(如图1所示)。这类零件弯曲回弹大,尺寸不易保证,且模具制造困难。我们通过实践摸索出该零件的工艺简易计算方法,并采用聚氨脂橡胶进行起伏成型,取得良好效果,现简介如下。以图1零件为例,先决定其落料尺寸并求出其弯曲半径。根据分析及实验得知,该零件的径向收缩与其起伏高度有关,起伏高度越高径向收缩越大,反之则越小,且内外径收缩量不同,其关系为:
I plant the production of mobile power plug products, there are different sizes of corrugated springs (Figure 1). Such parts bending big rebound, the size is not easy to guarantee, and the mold manufacturing difficulties. We worked out through the practice of the parts of the process simple calculation method, and the use of polyurethane rubber ups and downs molding, and achieved good results, are summarized below. Figure 1 parts, for example, first determine the blanking size and find the bending radius. According to the analysis and experiment, the radial shrinkage of the part is related to its undulating height. The higher the undulating height is, the larger the radial shrinkage is, and vice versa, the smaller the shrinkage of the inner and outer diameters is.
