目的:评价高强度聚焦超声（HIFU）治疗腹膜后淋巴结转移癌的疗效和安全性。方法:21例腹膜后淋巴结转移癌应用FEP-BYO1型高能体外聚焦超声肿瘤治疗机治疗,观察治疗前后临床症状、癌肿体积、B超声像学、多点穿刺活检病理变化。结果:显效5例,有效15例,无效1例;无1例出现并发症。结论:高强度聚焦超声可作为腹膜后淋巴结转移癌的一种安全有效的治疗方法。
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) in the treatment of retroperitoneal lymph node metastases. Methods: Twenty-one cases of retroperitoneal lymph node metastatic carcinoma were treated with FEP-BYO1 high-energy focused ultrasound tumor therapy machine before and after treatment. The clinical symptoms, tumor volume, B-ultrasound and multi-point biopsy were observed before and after treatment. Results: 5 cases were markedly effective, 15 cases were effective and 1 case was ineffective. No complication occurred in 1 case. Conclusion: High-intensity focused ultrasound can be used as a safe and effective treatment for retroperitoneal lymph node metastasis.
