省府於一九五○年十二月頒發了‘关於处理群眾來信的决定’,今年三月會根據决定精神,進行過一次檢查?半年來從各地報告來看,一般已引起重視,因而也收到了一定成效: (一)群众來信及口頭問事的件數,較前已有显著增加,省府問事處一至三月中旬兩個半月內共收到來信一六五件,三月十四日到四月三十日,一個半月內,共收到來信二五二件(各單位直接收到者未計),每月平均增加一○二件。口头問事三月份为一九件,四月份增至四二件。就来信性質上看,四月份以來的二五二件來信中:(1)控訴,揭發反革命分子及惡霸地主的二八件;(2)反映抗美援朝运动情况的一八件;(3)請求奖励或批評有關幹部作風問題的二○件;(4)勞模報告生產成績,計劃及訂立愛国公約的一五件;(5)有關工農柔生產建
