她的出生是东西方文化的惊艳碰撞。她的每一段爱情都荡气回肠。她与毛泽东、周恩来、基辛格、戴高乐、尼赫鲁等人都有交往。她见证了二十世纪中国历史的沧桑……她就是有着“抗战新娘”美誉的英籍华人韩素音。值此纪念抗战胜利七十周年之际,笔者重温其佳构,并于近期专访了曾经采访过韩素音的资深翻译家万子美先生。韩素音向万子美介绍了她“心中的灵魂”——
Her birth was a stunning collision of Eastern and Western cultures. Each of her love is soul-stirring. She has contacts with Mao Zedong, Zhou Enlai, Kissinger, de Gaulle, Nehru and others.
