吉林省德惠市民政系统在创建学习型党组织活动中,通过专题引导、典型引路,调动干部职工的学习积极性,民政系统党员的能力素质得到明显提高,整体凝聚力得到提升。实践证明,深入推进创建学习型党组织必须引导全体党员真正理解“学习型”的实际内涵,从巩固执政党地位的高度来认识创建活动的重要意义;引导全体党员在“共同愿景”的目标下,明确学习目的,增强学习的主动性和自觉性;加强创建学习型党组织的过程监督,建立监督与反馈机制,确保创建活动的持续性和有效性;加大学用结合典型的培育指导力度,紧密联系实际,不断提高学习成果的转化能力。
In the campaign of establishing a learning party organization, Dehua Municipal Civil Affairs System in Jilin Province, through thematic guidance and typical introduction of routes, aroused the learning enthusiasm of cadres and workers, significantly improved the ability and quality of party members in the civil affairs system, and enhanced the overall cohesion.
