目的探讨消敏祛癜汤结合西药治疗过敏性紫癜的临床疗效。方法 120例过敏性紫癜患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,对照组用激素加一般治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加消敏祛癜汤治疗。结果治疗组总有效率96.67%,对照组总有效率总有效率68.33%;治疗组平均住院时间9.52±4.21d,对照组平均住院时间15.31±6.45d;治疗组复发率为3.33%,而对照组高达16.67%,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消敏祛癜汤配合西药治疗可以祛除病因,促进了机体自身的免疫自稳,疗效极为显著,并且复发率低。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of desensitization purgation decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of allergic purpura. Methods A total of 120 patients with allergic purpura were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was treated with hormones plus general treatment. The treatment group was treated with Xiaomin Qidean Decoction on the basis of the control group. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%, the total effective rate of the control group was 68.33%. The mean length of stay in the treatment group was 9.52 ± 4.21 days, while the average length of stay in the control group was 15.31 ± 6.45 days. The recurrence rate was 3.33% Group up to 16.67%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Dike Qili Decoction with western medicine can eliminate the cause and promote the body’s own immune self-stability, the effect is extremely significant, and the recurrence rate is low.
