冀东油田高尚堡区块由于长期注采,井下地层压力系统紊乱。因此这一区块井漏涌并存,油层压力系数低且分布广,钻井液窗口小,密度高。实现平衡压力固井存在很大困难。在全面分析固井技术难点和影响固井质量原因的基础上,针对地层承压能力弱,井下情况复杂,水泥浆顶替效率低等特点,通过优选低密度水泥浆,配合不同情况使用相应井下工具,来满足低压易漏,长封固段,井径不规则等一系列特殊复杂井的固井要求。
