诈骗是一种古老的犯罪形式。当人类进入阶级和私有制社会以来,它便应运而生了。诈骗是以非法占有为目的,用虚构事实或者隐瞒真象的方法,骗取公私财物的一种犯罪行为。
Fraud is an ancient form of crime. When humans entered the class and private-owned society, it came into being. Fraud is a criminal act of cheating public and private property with the purpose of illegally possessing for the purpose of falsifying facts or concealing truth.
