目的评价金龙胶囊联合DP方案(多西他赛+顺铂)疗效、耐受性和不良反应。方法70例非小细胞肺癌患者被分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组以顺铂25mg/m2d2～d4,多西他赛注射液75mg/m2,d1,21d为一周期,同时口服金龙胶囊tid,每次4粒,化疗期间不间断,对照组仅接受同样化疗方案。结果治疗组治疗有效率77.1%,对照组有效率45.6%,二者相比有显著差异(P<0.05);治疗组化疗后白细胞降低发生率及严重程度明显低于对照组,二者比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组化疗期间的非血液学毒性也明显低于对照组,二者比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论金龙胶囊联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌具有一定协同作用,对化疗药物具有明显的解毒作用,能够减轻化疗后白细胞降低,还能明显减轻化疗所引起的非血液学毒性。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy, tolerability and adverse reactions of Jinlong Capsule combined with DP regimen (docetaxel + cisplatin). Methods Seventy patients with non-small cell lung cancer were divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group with cisplatin 25mg / m2d2 ~ d4, docetaxel injection 75mg / m2, d1, 21d for a period, while oral Jinlong capsule tid, each 4, during chemotherapy without interruption, the control group received only the same chemotherapy Program. Results The effective rate of treatment was 77.1% in treatment group and 45.6% in control group, there was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The incidence and severity of leukopenia in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.05). The non-hematological toxicities in the treatment group were also significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Jinlong Capsule combined with chemotherapy has certain synergistic effect on advanced non-small cell lung cancer. It has obvious detoxification effect on chemotherapy drugs, can reduce leukopenia after chemotherapy, and can obviously reduce the non-hematological toxicity caused by chemotherapy.
