计算机自动视野计近十年来在国外已迅速的成为定量视野检查的流行方法。许多作者的工作表明自动视野计检测视野缺损有很高的检出率。近年来我国不少单位也引进和研制成了计算机控制的自动视野计。但是在临床上检测视野缺损的准确性如何,国内尚未见有这方面的报导。我们设计了一个临床诊断性的试验,评价OCTOPUS500E型计算机自动视野计检测视野缺损的准确性,现将结果报导如下: 材料和方法一、对象: 1.正常人20例40眼,选入标准:①裸眼或矫正视力≥1.0,屈光度球镜≤±3.00D,柱镜<±2.00。②既往无明确眼疾及眼外伤
Computer automatic perimetry in the past decade abroad has rapidly become the quantitative method of visual field examination. The work of many authors has shown that there is a high detection rate of defects detected in the autorefiectomy.
