目的建立小儿百部止咳药品中橙皮苷的含量的测定方法。方法色谱柱:ODS-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-水-醋酸(34:60:6),流速:1.0ml·min~(-1)。检测波长285nm,柱温:25℃。结果橙皮苷在3.306~16.530ug/mL浓度范围内呈现良好线性关系(r=0.9997),百部止咳糖浆中橙皮苷含量为(19.34±0.18)ug.ml~(-1)。结论高效液相法测定橙皮苷的含量具有准确性高、精密程度好、有良好的线性关系,可考虑作为小儿百部止咳糖浆中橙皮苷含量测定方法,且可考虑在同类药物中推广。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of hesperidin in pediatric cough medicine. Methods The column was ODS-C18 (4.6mm × 250mm, 5μm). The mobile phase was methanol-water-acetic acid (34:60:6) and the flow rate was 1.0ml · min -1. Detection wavelength of 285nm, column temperature: 25 ℃. Results Hesperidin showed a good linearity (r = 0.9997) in the concentration range of 3.306 ~ 16.530 ug / ml, and the content of hesperidin in Baibu Cough Syrup was (19.34 ± 0.18) ug.ml ~ (-1). Conclusion HPLC method for the determination of hesperidin with high accuracy, good precision, with a good linear relationship can be considered as Pediatric cough syrup hesperidin content determination, and can be considered in the promotion of similar drugs .
