一、川航节油工作开展情况(一)建立健全公司节油工作管理体系建立了以公司副总经理为组长和各部门负责人组成的公司节能减排领导小组,全面负责川航节能减排工作。设立节能减排管理办公室,全面负责公司节能减排日常事务。各部门也成立了部门的节能减排小组,各级管理机构分别按职责和分工开展工作,使川航形成了一个比较完整的节能减排管理体系。
