本刊讯2月21日,商务部发布《商务部关于规范和促进拍卖行业发展的意见》(以下简称《意见》)。随着我国经济发展进入新常态,拍卖行业在新形势下出现了一些新情况和新问题,为进一步促进拍卖行业适应新常态,推进供给侧结构性改革,实现健康、有序发展,更好地为经济社会发展和提高人民生活水平服务,商务部流通业发展司提出规范和促进拍卖行业发展的《意见》。
