作者扼要地复习了心血管疾病与口服避孕药的关系以及和脂质代谢变化间相互的联系,本文主要涉及几种不同复合型口服避孕药(COC)。脂代谢胆固醇和甘油三酯来自饮食和内源性合成。脂蛋白可分成四大类:乳糜微粒,极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL),低密度脂蛋白(LDL)和高密度脂蛋白(HDL)。目前常用超速离心法和沉淀法加以分离和分析。脂蛋白中含有的蛋白成分(载脂蛋白)各不相同,脂质成分(胆固醇、甘油三酯和磷脂)的各种比例也经常发生变化,以适应各种生理功能的需要。由肝脏和小肠分泌的VLD L,在脂蛋白酯酶的作用下,可形成中间密度脂蛋白(IDL)。
The authors reviewed briefly the relationship between cardiovascular disease and oral contraceptives and their relationship to changes in lipid metabolism. This article focuses on several different types of oral contraceptives (COCs). Lipid metabolism Cholesterol and triglycerides come from diet and endogenous synthesis. Lipoproteins fall into four broad categories: chylomicrons, VLDL, LDL, and HDL. Currently used ultracentrifugation and precipitation method to be separated and analyzed. Lipoproteins contain different protein components (apolipoproteins), and the various proportions of lipid components (cholesterol, triglycerides and phospholipids) often change to meet the needs of various physiological functions. VLD L, secreted by the liver and small intestine, forms intermediate density lipoproteins (IDLs) under the action of lipoprotein lipase.
