作者对20例IDDM者采用胰岛素加吡磺环己脲治疗,并与同期住院14例IDDM单用胰岛素治疗者比较。加用吡磺环己脲后胰岛素日用量减少26.0±11.5U,空腹血糖及24小时尿糖明显下降;单用胰岛素组胰岛素减量每日12.7±7.7U。前者胰岛素减量明显(P<0.01)。
The authors treated 20 patients with IDDM with insulin plus sulfonylureas and compared with 14 IDDM patients treated with insulin alone during the same period. The daily dosage of insulin reduced by 26.0 ± 11.5U after treatment with glipizide, and the fasting blood glucose and 24-hour urine glucose decreased significantly. The dosage of insulin decreased 12.7 ± 7.7U daily in single insulin group. The former reduced insulin significantly (P <0.01).
