采用SSR分子标记分析了云南松主分布区范围内20个天然群体的遗传多样性、遗传分化以及与生态因子间的相关性。结果表明:云南松天然群体SSR遗传多样性指标与地理、气象和土壤因子间存在一定相关关系,表现为低纬度、低海拔、温暖、降水量多的环境下遗传多样性丰富;Mantel检测群体遗传距离的地理变异方式较弱,遗传变异不存在明显的地理隔离,与环境因子间的关系也未达到显著水平,但生态隔离的作用明显高于地理隔离的作用,表明地理、气候和土壤因子对云南松群体间的遗传分化有一定的影响,其中以气候因子对云南松遗传多样性的影响最大。
SSR markers were used to analyze the genetic diversity, genetic differentiation and ecological factors of 20 natural populations within the dominant distribution of Pinus yunnanensis.
