分度头指数板上的分度孔(3A_3),小而多,要求光洁度_3,并且还要求每个圆周上孔的积累误差在±1°,所以加工起来很困难。原来在钻孔后用铰刀铰孔;但在铰孔的时候,切屑不容易流出,把铰刀刃口挤坏;孔的光洁度不够好;加工一块要5小时,要消耗刀具4~5根。根据经验,用钻头钻孔光洁度可以达到_4,但精度达不到A_3级的公差要求。于是我们就开始试用钻头代替铰刀,并且用500粒度的油石背刀刃,以期达到要求。加工的时候,先用图1的油石按螺旋口把φ3钻头
The indexing holes (3A_3) on indexing index plate are small and many, require smoothness_3, and also require the accumulation error of holes on each circle is ± 1 °, so it is difficult to process.
