成府函[2013]85号各区(市)县政府,市政府各部门:为完善我市历史文化名城保护体系,加强历史建筑的保护与管理,继承和弘扬优秀历史文化,根据《历史文化名城名镇名村保护条例》(国务院令第524号)规定,市政府决定,将邱家祠堂等9处历史建筑列为成都市第一批历史建筑进行保护(名录附后),现予以公布。各地、各部门要按照国家和省、市有关规定,各司其职、协同配合,认真做好历史建筑的规划管理、有效保护和合理利用,促进城市建设与社会主义文化建设协调发展。
