研究Cu-12Al-4Ni-2Mn形状记忆合金在不同淬火温度下的性能变化,并借助De-form软件分析微观组织。结果表明,不同淬火温度下试样的微观组织皆为典型的淬火马氏体,淬火温度越高,马氏体界面变的越来越清晰,平直度越来越高;Cu-12Al-4Ni-2Mn合金的有序转化程度越高,合金具备形状记忆性能越优良;随着淬火温度的升高,相变温度是一个先增加后减小的过程。
The properties of Cu-12Al-4Ni-2Mn shape memory alloy at different quenching temperatures were investigated. The microstructure was analyzed by De-form software. The results show that the microstructure of the samples is a typical quenched martensite under different quenching temperatures. The higher the quenching temperature, the more obvious the martensite interface becomes and the higher the straightness becomes higher. The Cu-12Al-4Ni The higher the degree of ordered transformation of -2Mn alloy, the better the shape memory property of the alloy. With the increase of quenching temperature, the phase transition temperature is a process of first increasing and then decreasing.
