2007年7月9日—14日,为体现中国政府对外国专家的高度重视和深切关心,国家外国专家局首次组织了改革开放以来31名在华“友谊奖”外国专家及其家属到北戴河集中休假。国家外国专家局局长季允石在会见休假外国专家时说,温家宝总理在会见外国专家时,指示我们要关心外国专家生活把外国专家的社会生活搞得丰富多彩。
From July 9 to July 14, 2007, in order to demonstrate the great importance and deep concern of the Chinese government over foreign experts, the State Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs organized for the first time 31 foreign experts and their relatives who came to China since the reform and opening up Beidaihe focused on vacation.
