随着现代科学技术的进步,中医中药在国内外的研究得到了迅速的发展。现将其研究近况和动向作一概述。一、中药材生产和组织培养1.良种选育:如浙贝在无性繁殖中,有宽轮型、狭轮型、簇轮型和长花型,经过对比,簇轮型的结实率为8196(普通贝母为11.9%),狭轮型小鳞茎的亩产量比普通贝母可增产2.5kg左右。浙贝的新品种“新岭1号”较普通增产11%。人参、附子、地黄等在良种选育上也取得成功。此外,杂交育种,辐射育种等现代育种手段也开始用于药材生产。
