大力发展高等职业技术教育,是实施“科教兴国”战略,促进科技、教育与经济紧密结合的重要举措。高等职业技术教育是高校体系中一种独立的新型模式,要明确其任务与培养目标;在专业或课程设置上以岗位、职业的需要为导向,以能力培养为中心;注重“双师型”教师队伍建设,从企业调用业务骨干,建立一支校外兼职教师队伍;要不断更新观念,加快制度创新、技术创新和管理创新,提高竞争优势,创办适合我国国情的高等职业技术教育。
Vigorously developing higher vocational and technical education is an important measure for implementing the strategy of “rejuvenating our country through science and education” and promoting the close combination of science, technology, education and economy. Higher vocational and technical education is an independent new model in the university system. It is necessary to clarify its tasks and training objectives. It should be guided by the needs of posts and occupations in vocational or curriculum settings, with capacity-building as the center, and pay attention to double- "Teacher team construction, transfer business backbone from the enterprise, set up a contingent of part-time teachers outside the school; to constantly update their concepts, speed up institutional innovation, technological innovation and management innovation, improve competitive advantage, and create higher vocational and technical education suited to China’s national conditions.
