本文应用随机服务系统的理论于港口规划和设计,并对港口规划中最常见的 M/M/C/∞排队模型进行了优化,文中还举出了此模型应用的实例。

This paper applies the theory of stochastic service system to port planning and design, and optimizes the most common M / M / C / ∞ queuing model in port planning. The application of this model is also given in this paper.
